Dear Friends,I am arranging a Scotch tasting for Bonei Olam. The tasting will take place Saturday night, February 18, 2006 at the Park East Grill located at 1564 Second Avenue, between 81st and 82nd Street in Manhattan. Bonei Olam is an organization whose mission is to help orthodox Jewish couples who are experiencing infertility. For information on Bonei Olam please visit their website at www.boneiolam.org.Attached please find a flyer for the scotch tasting, as well as the preliminary list of scotches for tasting. There will be a raffle for the “Ultimate Scotch Collection” valued at over $1,200 and information for that is also included on the flyer. People can support Bonei Olam by sending in their minimum $100.00 donation for the event or for designated drivers a reduced fee of $40.00. I encourage you to confirm your reservation early as only a limited number of spaces are available. People who come to taste, will receive a tasting notebook and a Glencairn Glass for tasting.
In order to ensure that every penny raised at the event goes to Bonei Olam, we are offering sponsorship opportunities. People who graciously agree to sponsor a portion of the event, will be listed in the tasting book that will be given out at the event. The levels of sponsorship range from Bottle Sponsor ($100), Table Sponsor ($500) or Evening Sponsor ($1,000). Additionally there will be Platinum Sponsorships available for donations over $10,000. The Platinum Sponsor flyer is also attached.
